As CEO and President of Diono LLC, Tim  spearheaded the company’s remarkable transformation. Joining in 2018, he transformed Diono into a digital-first organization, revitalizing the brand and launching innovative, award-winning products such as the Red Dot-winning Monterey 5 and JPMA Innovation-winning Connect3 booster seat. By building a pioneering global e-commerce platform and integrating with leading marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart, Tim grew e-commerce to the largest share of Diono’s revenue. His leadership successfully navigated challenges including the COVID-19 pandemic, tariffs, and a consolidating marketplace.

Previously, Tim served as CEO of Goodbaby Europe GmbH and Chief Commercial Officer for Goodbaby International, the world’s largest juvenile products manufacturer, listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. His tenure saw a transformation and integration of multiple business units across North America, Asia and Europe. He played a central role in the strategic growth for 3 years working with stakeholders inside and outside the business.

At Mamas & Papas, Tim’s 23-year career culminated in his role as CEO. He led the integration of retail and pioneered e-commerce operations, spearheading international expansion into 59 countries. His efforts fueled innovation, including a product platform launch that secured a record 27,000 orders in its first week.

Tim’s expertise spans e-commerce, omnichannel marketing, supply chain optimization, and high-performance team building.
